  1. Fantastic Visuals, Tom! With only 1 MLS listing, is there any FBSO activity in Silver Creek? This year and because of lack of MLS listings or lack of supply in general, I’m seeing more FSBO listings in Greater Baton Rouge.

    • Great question Bill. There are no current FSBO’s in here. For some reason I am not seeing as many FSBO’s in general as I have seen in the past. It may be because the market is so crazy and the FSBO sellers can’t get a handle on what they should price it at. That however is where a pre-listing appraisal would come in handy.

    • Yes Ryan, within this subdivision there is low inventory, however the general Alabaster area has pretty good supply for these garden home style homes.
