I thought readers may find it interesting to know what the highest price paid for a home was and where it is located. In
the Birmingham metro area there are many towns and communities. The high dollar home for March of 2010 is located in Mountain Brook, Alabama. A well known actress is from Mountain Brook; that would be Courtney Cox from the hit T.V. show Friends.
As you may have guessed, this is one of the most expensive areas in the state for homes. The home sold for $1,230,000, however there are other properties much more expensive than that. Hopefully in the future I can share with you more information on high dollar homes sales. Let me know your thoughts.
